- I am based in China. It takes 2 to 4+weeks for overseas shipping. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct, I cannot change it once it shipped and I am not responsible for refund or reshipment in this situation.
- Due to the COVID-19 , sometimes the delivery will be delayed. If some areas cannot be shipped or I can’t ship suddenly, refunds will be processed.
- All items will be checked and packed carefully before shipping. If accidental damage happened during the shipping, please send me an email (sunnyservicebabyblue@gmai.com) with a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours upon receiving, to arrange a replacement or refund. Otherwise, all sales are final.
- Hand-made products are not perfect. Please be sure you can accept some minor flaws before you order it.
- No return or exchange for any personal reason.
